Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SaigonCoupon (the “Service”), a software service operated by AIMEDISURVEY PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore (“AIMEDISURVEY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). AIMEDISURVEY does not collect and does not save or store any personal information through the Service.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Service (including browsing public pages or using listings, coupons, wallet, dashboard, or contact features as made available), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may refuse access or discontinue features where permitted by law or these Terms.

2. The Service

SaigonCoupon provides an online local business directory and related tools for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, including business listings, search and map views, promotional content, optional registered-user features such as coupons and a digital wallet, staff-facing redemption tools, and messaging or contact features as made available from time to time. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts and security

AIMEDISURVEY does not collect, save, or store personal information through SaigonCoupon. If the Service displays sign-in, messaging, or other features that involve a third party (for example, an identity or payment provider), information you share there is handled solely under that party’s terms and privacy policy, not retained by us as personal information for the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your own devices, browsers, and any credentials you use with third parties.

4. Roles

The Service may show different tools or pages to visitors, customers, businesses, marketers, or administrators. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, and you must not attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to use. This does not imply that we collect or store personal information about you; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Listings, content, and accuracy

Business listings, images, menus, videos, descriptions, and similar materials may be supplied by merchants, their representatives, or platform staff. Such content is provided for general information and discovery. AIMEDISURVEY does not warrant that listings are complete, current, or free from error. Addresses, hours, prices, offers, and availability are determined by the relevant business; always confirm details with the venue before you rely on them or travel.

6. Coupons, wallet, and in-store redemption

Coupons and discounts displayed through the Service are offers from participating businesses. The business that issued the coupon (not AIMEDISURVEY) is responsible for honouring the offer according to its stated terms, applicable law, and any conditions shown in the Service. AIMEDISURVEY provides technology to present, record, and reconcile redemptions; it is not a party to your purchase at the venue. If a dispute arises about eligibility, discount calculation, or service quality, it is between you and the business, though you may report misuse or technical abuse to us.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Upload or transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or probe or stress systems without permission.
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Service in a way that burdens infrastructure or bypasses technical limits, except as allowed by robots.txt or written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or forge redemption, wallet, or coupon data.
  • Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading communications.

8. Your content and licence

Business listings, images, menus, and similar materials may be supplied by merchants, their representatives, or platform staff for display on the Service. AIMEDISURVEY does not treat such materials as personal information we collect or store on your behalf under these Terms. Merchants and contributors are responsible for having the rights to publish what they supply. If you submit materials through a third-party channel, that channel’s terms apply to what they retain.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, layout, software, and original editorial content, is owned by AIMEDISURVEY or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to third-party websites, maps, review pages, or video or messaging providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. AIMEDISURVEY is not responsible for third-party content or services.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy states that we do not collect, save, or store personal information through SaigonCoupon. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings, coupons, or directions are accurate or that any particular business will accept a coupon.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMEDISURVEY and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any content or offers obtained through it.

14. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIMEDISURVEY from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or remove content where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
